- Harmful Content: Distributing or transmitting content that is harmful, abusive, obscene, or defamatory.
- Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including impersonation and phishing.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or conducting any form of unsolicited communication.
- Denial of Service Attacks: Initiating or participating in any form of denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or accounts.
- Malware Distribution: Distributing, transmitting, or hosting any malicious software, including viruses, worms, and Trojans.
- Resource Abuse: Excessive use of server resources that adversely affects the performance of our services.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Using BulkVM services for cryptocurrency mining.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Hosting, distributing, or transmitting content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Adult Content: Hosting or distributing adult content that is unlawful or violates our content policies.
3. Network and System Security
- Users must not engage in activities that compromise the security of BulkVM’s network or systems, including unauthorized access, data breaches, and interference with service performance.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Email Use
- Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam) is strictly prohibited.
- Users must comply with anti-spam laws and regulations when sending emails using BulkVM services.
5. Resource Usage
- Users must use server resources responsibly and avoid activities that degrade service performance for others.
- BulkVM may implement fair use policies to ensure equitable resource distribution.
6. Content Restrictions
- Users must not host or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates this AUP.
- Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, hate speech, and content promoting violence or illegal activities.
7. Reselling Policy
- Reselling BulkVM services is allowed, provided resellers ensure their clients comply with this AUP.
- Resellers are responsible for the activities of their clients.
8. Enforcement and Consequences
BulkVM reserves the right to enforce this AUP at its discretion. Violations may result in the following actions:
- Issuance of warnings to users.
- Suspension or termination of user accounts and services.
- Reporting violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Taking legal action against violators.
9. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to abuse@bulkvm.com.
10. Amendments
BulkVM reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy. Continued use of BulkVM services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
